How are they different?

This is gonna be a hard one (I think.)

Below are two lists of drivers that competed in Nextel Cup in 2007. The problem is to identify what makes all the drivers in list "A" different from all the drivers in list "B" and relates only to the 2007 season.

List "A"

David Ragan
Jeff Green
Greg Biffle
Tony Raines
Ricky Rudd

List "B"

Dave Blaney
Mike Wallace
Mike Bliss
Jeremy Mayfield
Joe Nemechek

List A drivers have all made races while list B haven't?

it's worded wrong, but I got your meaning. let me restate it for the fans out there who are curious what I'm talking about:

List A contains all drivers without a DNQ during 2007 while List B contains drivers who each have at least one DNQ during the 2007 season.
