Dan Gurney, for one.
Montoya, for two (66.7%, if you count Cup Lite races)
Al Keller, if you count the original Daytona course as a road course (I'm only about 30% sure of this answer)

Dan Gurney is the only driver on this list that is a correct answer to this question and Jody Ridley didn't have any wins on a road course!
