even though it's a bit over a month away, I thought we ought to begin thinking about restrictor plate racing .. it's always such a favorite

so this is a two part question:

1. which driver has the most experience racing a restrictor place race, i.e., the most starts?
2. which driver has the most wins?

(Flip, wait a day or so to see if anybody answers it before you post yours, ok?)

1. nope, Ricky is actually in 3rd place for total restrictor plate starts.
2. yes! Dale Earnhardt and Jeff Gordon have 11 wins each on restrictor plate tracks.

a hint for question #1: three drivers are tied for most restrictor plate starts plus Dale Earnhardt and Jeff Gordon are not any of these three.
