When, Where and what was the name of the 1st all star race ?

Well, there was this one, but unlikely it was "sanctioned / recognized" by NASCAR.

There were some who may consider it the first because as luck would have it the Grand national schedule for the year "helped" some of the drivers be available. This was carried out on a converted baseball field.
