Highest percentage

Here's one for you to look up. I tried to Google it and it appears to be Google and Ask.com-proof.

Based on a minimum of 100 starts in NASCAR"s major circuit, which driver has the highest percentage of wins?

I'll save you some effort; it wasn't either Dale Sr (76 wins in 675 starts, 11.2%), nor is it Jeffie-Pooh (75 wins in 480 starts for 15.6%).

Have fun...
