Hi,
I've got a bunch of people in my office interested in renting an RV and making the journey down from Canada for the October Talladega race. I'm hoping to get info on buying an infield RV space (how much are they and where can I find one), as well as tips on attending the event in its entirety (eg. when do they start letting RV's in, are the spots reserved, or first come first serve...and any other useful tips).
We are all completely new to Nascar, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I found this info about the infield within a few minutes of clicking around. there's a phone number for questions that might be helpful also.

The infield spaces are all reserved and with most of them you can enter the infield on Thursday and stay until Monday morning after the race. The best place to buy an infield rv space is online. The spaces usually go for between $1000 and $2000 depending on where they are located.

I'll be in Talladega in Oct. You need to call their number and tell them what you need for something like that don't go online. You will get a better deal calling them. It's expensive so I don't do it. You'll have a great time and call for tickets too since you have alot of people going.

The track is all sold out. The only way to get a space is thru a ticket broker or an online auction.

It's sold out! Wow! I actually got my tickets the day before tickets went on sale! I was sent an e-mail saying I could order now so they had to honor it! LOL! Also got hospiltality tickets for Sun "Superstretch"

For Oct 5,6,7, 2007
Tri-Oval Tower, Section W. Rows 68,67,66.
There are top row seats. best seats on the track.
Large standing area next to the seats up top.
Had some back out on me.
Sell all or part of the.
All three days of racing.
Sell at cost $ 175.00 each.

If you can't sell those tickets you can do that right at the track. People outiside the track having signs up need tickets. Go to them and sell them. They will give you a good price for them. I got my track fan info in the mail Sat. Their are still RV spots available depends where you are on how much they charge. If in the infield in certain areas their more expensive than the other spots. Also if you don't do infield they have other areas outside the track for cheaper too! Call Talladega at 877-462-3342 they can give you all the info you need!
