Jeremy's career went down faster than the Edmund Fitzgerald when he switched to BDR and Toyota.

I've never been sold on Mayfield either. He had hot streaks in '98 and '00 but he left a good thing at Penske and that about did him in, although at the time he had already fallen to a consistant 30s finisher.

In my memory banks, Mayfields only real glory came when he gave Earnhardt Sr. a bump and run at Pocono(?) on the last lap, and went on to win that race. Being an avid Sr fan, I didnt like it, but knew Dale would have done the same thing.

I did like the "Hey Jeremy"........ "Is that Octane 100" you're wearing?" commercials though. That gal hopping in his racecar was sweeeet!
