Pesky E-mails

Gang, I need help.

How do I stop getting e-mail notifying me whenever someone post in a thread I have posted in?

I've gone to User CP/Options and clicked and un-clicked everything which looks like an option which would stop e-mails. The darn things just keep coming!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Pesky E-mails

Hey Bob, in the edit profile section, there's a section called messaging and notification, there is where you want to go to, it says e-mails from admin. and e-mail from members. Make sure those boxes aren't checked, if they are click them off and click save changes at the bottom. Hope this helps!!!

Or when you reply to a thread, under additional options, under notification type, there is a drop down box that is defaulted to instant notification. Click on said drop down box and scroll up to do not subscribe. You have to do this every time though. Is there any way "do not subscribe" can be set as default?

Hey pirate, do this: go to users cp, click on "edit options", scroll down to where you see "message and notification". There you will see a part that allows you to set your subscription default. Hope this helps.
