I heard this on one of the XM NASCAR shows.

It was either Hendrick or RCR (driving in traffic, couldn't pay close attention) lost 9 people in their fab shop to Toyota teams, since Monday!

I guess I have thought about musical chairs among drivers, but never thought about the crews.

One thing Toyota will accomplish next year is to make many teams weaker than this year !! Good Job Toyota

that always going on, I think it in 98/99 season change, that jeff gordon lost his whole over the wall crew to the #88. guess who won the cup that year.

it was thought that, the crew as a whole would start going to the highest bidder, luckily that never came tobe the norm.

What does everyone think about the pit crews particularily ( I know I didn't spell that right) the Jackman! Their messing up somewhat this year!

One big issue in my mind is that they are constantly trying to decrease the amount of time in the pits. You can only move so fast and then functions start to degrade. The tenth of a second you could save now turns into a 1/2 second delay. Doesn't sound like a big deal but races have been won by less.

I think my pit crew is the best on pit row. I think my advatar has said that right from the start. I even have my Killer Bees O.T.W. tattoo .....

I agree that the job done in the pits can be a race winner....or a looser. Luciky, the Killer Bees have been very good at advancig Matt many spots during pit stops.

I forget the drivers name but someone got +16 positions on the pit stops so they are crucial to winning. By messing up they can loose a race. Even the pit crew chiefs make bad calls too!

Not anymore it doesn't!!!! Looks like the pony express!!!! So when Matt comes in the pits, what do they do, strap on a feed bag and change 4 shoes?????

I want to make a comment so bad,but I'm to cracked up to do it. I love your new avatar TN_Gal. I've been thinkin on it, I would probably have to use Bodacious to fit my temperment.
