Re: Chaffin out Spencer in?

Tolerate Spencer ??? I cannot stand the A$$HOL3. Someone needs to explain to me how the Chaffin car passed tech inspection and then fails after qualifying ??????

I hope he wrecks on the pace lap so that whoever is sponsoring that sorry a$$ loser feels the financial pain and never hires him again.

NO .... I don't like Spencer in case you wondered.

Re: Chaffin out Spencer in?

Did I ever mention that I once read that Spencer had to give up racing on the road tracks because the technicians that set up the car were unable to compensate for the extra weight in the drivers seat...they could not get the car so it would turn right properly. Don't know where I read that, but I believe it...it's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Additionally, I learned that Spencer was not successful in the Indy leagues as there were not fenders to rub onto other competitors...

Another thing...in my opinion, Spencer's greatest contribution to the NASCAR set is that he makes Gordon look kinda good by comparison...

There's more, but I have to break for a commercial.....

Straight from the horse's... uh, well it came outta the horse anyway

Not that Spencer is a top 10 anything but someone seems to think that different rules apply for different teams.

I'm sure Spencer will get an in car camera and an open mike just to irritate me.
Different rules for different teams,
THE WINNER!

I would agree COMPLETELY Wilks IF NASCAR would enforce the rules fairly.
I very seriously doubt if this had been one of NASCAR's "chosen" Jeffy Pooh, The Irritator, J.J., for example, they would have gotten more than a "tsk, tsk."
For example, Johnson was caught illegal after winning the race and he got butkus.

I;m 100% behind Helton and Darby in rule enforcement but do it equally, not just the the second and third tier teams.

Gee, a guy in the top ten denying "The Chosen" get special treatment, in fact claiming just the opposite??!! What a surprise!

Three, count 'em, THREE "they do,"'s in the same sentence? REDUNDENCY ALERT!!!
Pee-poor grammar aside, Jeffy-Pooh's logic comes perilously close to the child-raising theory: Whip your kid when he gets up because he'll/she'll do something to warrant it during the day and you won't catch it. It'll all balance itself out.

Wow, now Gordons grammar is being questioned, that seems like the ultimate in irony.... well considering the sport he's in.

Not to worry. I'm rather obsessive about rules of language and I've become a compulsive knit-picker over the matter. Please don't let me get to you.

My feeling is that when a public person, such as Jeffie-Pooh, attempts to make pithy comments, such as the one quoted, his syntax should be closer to correct.

BTW, and FYI, the ellipsis after irony in the quote above, should contain three dots, not four. <G> I'm just kidding! (I told you not to pay attention to me, I'm obsessive!)

I get like that too, for instance when someone says "I could care less", I go crazy.
