Maybe I'm jumping the gun here since the movie is not out yet, but everything I've seen concerning this new Talledaga Nights movie seems to give the impression of the character being a bufoon. It just seems odd considering NASCAR is trying to get away from that good ol' boy, country bumpkin, redneck only sport. I know it's suppose to be a spoof but I guess it proves again it's all about the money and we'll take it, even if we have to act the fool to get the publicity.

I will go see it, but it seems that every Will Ferrell movie has the same main character, just a different name/ plot. But, I guess whatever works.

Same can go for all comedians, Adam Sandler always plays the duffis who finds a girl, falls in love, losses her, gets her back, saves the day. Jim Carey always plays the guy who cant get things straighten out and makes himself look like an idiot. Ferrell is really funny, especially when he did he thing for jeff last year in the award ceremony

Very true, previews look funny enough. Point taken. Old school was awesome, hope this one adds up.
