Congratz Brad Coleman

SPARTA KY (7-7-06)—Rookie Brad Coleman came from one lap down to win the WLWT Channel 5-150 under the lights Friday night at Kentucky Speedway, claiming his first ARCA RE/MAX Series victory in his sixth series start.

“We definitely had a great car,” said Coleman. “I can’t thank my team enough. I don’t think my team wanted to get worried--they didn’t tell me I was a lap down. It was a lot of fun moving back up to the front. I love going through traffic and weaving back and forth through cars. At points, it was pretty scary though.”

Coleman, who is part of a driver development program for Brewco Motorsports, parked his car on the front stretch, climbed out, and took several bows to the crowd before driving his No. 62 Federated Car Care Ford into victory lane.

I think Brewco has something with this kid. He is just 18 and only 6 ARCA starts and a win. He had been running pretty well before this too He came from a lap down to get it too. Imagine what this kid could become, he has a whole bunch of time to work his way up. He seems to be a fast learner and makes the most of the Brewco Motorsports equipment.

Re: Congratz Brad Coleman

I saw the race...poor Erin Crocker..she was a contender to win, then with a caution during green flag pits, she goes down a lap...gets her lap back.....then BANG-DA-DA-BOOM ...crash and burn she's done! (no fire involved, just a literal term folks)....

Actually the whole race was a pretty good crashfest!! Where did Hermie Sadler finish? ...and is the driver O'Dell that new Rousch driver?? (or am I wrong)?
