Anybody ever watch a show called Pinks on the speed channel? I just started watching it. It's a pretty good show! I've only watched it a couple times.

Sorry, indyNASCARgirl, I wadded through the show a couple of times, and all it did was make me laugh. I have drag raced quite a bit in my lifetime, and the real thing is absolutely nothing like that silly show. What gets me is, they are at a drag strip, yet have this bozo host wave his arms up and down for the start. That's what the Christmas Tree is for!
Then you have a these clowns arguing over "how many cars do you want"? Again, that's what the Christmas Tree is for...........it's called bracket racing!!! It looks to me to be a game of sandbagging, someone always has an excuse why their car was slow the first couple of times, then miraculously becomes fast at the end. I guess it's entertainment for those that have never actually raced at a strip, but to me its totally bogus. Again, sorry if I seem harse, but to me, it's drag racings version of the WWE.
