I would rather smack Kevin. He's such an a** , he had a strangle hold on her, probably wouldn't let her take it off just to be AH he is. Did anyone see the Bio of Kevin? I can't rememer if it was on Driven to Win or not. But the way he talked to her on camera made me wonder what went on off camera. I'm not defending DeLana, but there may be more to this then any of y'all have thought about. Kevin builds his ego at the expense of others. He's no way near as great as he thinks he is.

Re: Track Smack Link

I saw him on nascar 360 or something, and he was no doubt showing off for the camara. I think he threw dog $h*t in the nieghbors yard, and was sticking his stinky feet in delenas face after a race.

you know the more time Iam on this board the less of a harvick fan I am b3ecoming.

The middle of the night, guess I should say morning, I couldn't sleep and looked back thur the old threads. I was surprised to find a thread on Kevin. There are a lot of people that feel the same about Kevin as I do. I have fun bashing some of the other Driver's, but Kevin is the only driver I really don't like on or off the track. I think he is self centered, controlling, hateful person. I empathize with DeLana. I don't think she is her own woman.

Gma, I feel compelled to defend Kevin. Don't know why, I just do! Did you see the Busch race that he won last year when Delana's dad was gravely ill? I don't think he had passed away yet but he was very very sick. Kevin cried in Victory Lane. Yes, he cried. He was so emotional that he couldn't talk. Delana hugged him and whispered in his ear - she wasn't crying. It was so moving, if you saw that you wouldn't think so bad of him, I don't think. It wasn't for the cameras either. He was just so emotional that he won, it was for his father-in-law.

Smoke, I'm not saying he didn't love his Father. I'm just saying that I feel there is more then meets the eye. I don't want to put to much personal info on here, It's just a deep gut feeling. And I did see the incident your are talking about and I was moved by it too. When I get time to explain, I'll pm you.

I agree. Kevin is a bonefide jerk, IMNSVHO. However, a couple of years ago I heard Delanna (or whatever her name is) do an interview with Clair B. Lang on XM. MY gut feeling is that if Kevie had a stranglehold on her, he probably had a fair reason. Overall, it would seem to me that they're a match made in heaven (sorry heaven) and they probably deserve one another.

Re: Track Smack Link

What does everyone have against Kevin? Give me details. I saw the episodes that he did with Nascar360 and he seemed to be really comfy with his wife. They seem to like aggravating each other, 2-way street! He likes to joke but I just don't get what everyone is talking about. I get a creepy feeling about the 2 but not Kevin.

Re: Track Smack Link

I'm sure you'll get as many varied answers as you get respondees. By now you know I dislike child like attitudes and I feel he has one. He was given a chance with a great team only because of an unforseen circumstance. Right away he won a race and won the admiration of the fans because he replaced our lost hero of NASCAR. For me that is where all the attitude problems started. He got into a few fights and did the standard unaccepted job of making everyone, but himself, at fault for incidents that he was at fault for as much and as often as "the other guy". Now the real topper, for me, is the fact that he isn't smart enough to let his wife know that she really needs to remove the sponsor banner from the top of her brainless head so that even they can pay homage to the flag. Most of the drivers I dislike have the same problem. Hopefully you've noticed that I give credit to many drivers abilities as far as driving goes but I find the person themself at fault for my dislikes. That may not be the greatest reason to not like certain drivers but that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Next ............

Re: Track Smack Link

If you watched the Busch race this eve. You know Kevin got his come-up-en, and he has been invited to the trailor. YeeHa! Paul Menard WON! Kevin told his pit crew he didn't come three thousand miles to look like a fool and used words that could not be repeated on TV. How about that, curse your crew. How sweet it was. His dirty driving bit his own butt.

Grandma, I started a thread about tonight's race. I repeat, J.J. Yeley is my hero of the week!
