| Re: Grubb I think I'll have to plead guilty. I was sure I had read that Grubb had been banned for life but in everything I just read it doesn't appear that he was. It says he was just suspended while Hmeil after 3 test failures has been banned permanently. Crack my knuckles with the ruler !! |

| Re: Grubb I didn't read enough to see how many times Kevin tested positive but Hmeil tested positive three times. Also no one stated what substance Grubb was found with in his system. That may be some of the difference. I'd hate to think NASCAR didn't dispense justice equally ...... again. |

| Re: Grubb Their are ways of getting around drug testing-I used to work in hospitals in the Laboratory! But I will give him the benefit of the doubt. But one thing I don't agree with is letting people back after being on drugs! I know he's clean-just isn't right. Nicole

| Re: Grubb I didn't hear what substance it was with Hmiel either. I feel sorry for his dad, Steve Hmiel. Since Grubb only tested positive once, he got reinstated after a bunch of random testing. Hmiel kept getting suspended, then he would test positive again. Nascar banned him for life but then I heard it's possible he could come back in '07 or '08. Edit: Didn't mean to go over the same things again, but Hmiel and Grubb are two different cases. Grubb's only done it once. So far.
