<YAWN> After a less than stimulating race from the famed left coast race track, we move back closer to the home of stock car racing. This weeks race will be a Saturday evening event at the Richmond International Speedway.

The 2007 winner of this race was Jimmie Johnson. This is when he was on his roll in 2007 that kept him alive. He did win the snooze fest in California so will he repeat this week and start another run for the title ?

The race this week will be carried on your local ABC network. The green flag should wave at 7:45 Pm and we'll start at 7:30. Try and join us and see if your weekly predictions will come through for you. Be sure to add your choices to our weekly predictions thread and also get a little trivia fix in the trivia forum. I challenge you to try and catch the historians who roam this forum looking for a challenge.

Well, NASCAR did something right. They lifted the impound rule for the race. That was the right thing to do. Hope it's a good race, and should be quite interesting seeing who makes up the final 12 for the chase.

I'd give it a 6 out of 10. But the theme of Smoke turning over the wheel to Logano is pretty good.
