Just checked... Our Miller Lite is owned by SABMiller, a.k.a. South Africa Breweries -Miller. The following germane:
After listing on the London Stock Exchange in 1999 to raise capital for acquisitions, the group purchased the Miller Brewing Company in North America from the Altria Group in 2002, changing its name to SABMiller. Altria Group retains a 28.7% ownership interest in SABMiller

But, unfortunately Labatts is also owned by Inbev/Ambev and Molson owns Coors which in turn is owned by someone else.
The good part of it all is that the Belgians speak FRENCH and their good time partner buddies are chummy with VENEZUELA. It's a win win
