turned on the atomic stop watches at 3:45 edst, at lap 159....timed the next 120 min.,or to the end of race.....

result.....race = 94 mins.
comm.= 26 mins.

not bad at all for the race fan......

so,have the powers that be found out about the atomic watches and are trying to mend their ways ??? Or is comm. time now becoming harder to sell with these boring races...... stay tuned

I don't understand your math... 137 race minutes minus 58 commercial minutes... I get 79 more minutes of racing than commercials.

I guess the way I put it was not correct. 58 minutes of commercials. 58 minutes plus 21 more of racing. Racing time only exceeded commercial time by 21 minutes. 58 + 21 =58 = 137 total minutes. Not sure that even explains it. I understand but that doesn't mean much !!!

Minute for minute racing time versus commercial time was only 21 minutes longer.
