Four-wide is not a good idea though...

It's okay, he'll learn.

Hopefully he'll stay in Cup Lite for three-four years. Cup doesn't need any more child prodigies in my opinion.

Re: Wow... Joey doin good!

I agree with that. And I think he will get the chance to stay there and mature. I'm not convinced that Tony is leaving JGR yet, and the other drivers are young.

It would serve him well to spend some time down there, and hone his craft.

Unfortunately, he won't.

The "Coach" was interviewed last week and he said that he expected to see Logano take the wheel of a Cup car at some point later this season.

Gone are the days of "developmental" driving. With the costs involved in running a Cup team, the sooner the prospect can come aboard and help sell sponsors, souvenirs and seats, the better. With that, I don't see Logano "marinading" in the lower ranks any longer that he should.

Kyle Busch just turned 23 years old. Logano just turned 18. I want to see what Logano's accomplished when he turns 23! It's going to be fun, nonetheless!

go to the hiway....observe the 18 yr. old's driving style compared to the 30 yr's old's... many pros and cons, but the car in front wins !!

I don't agree Bob.... I say bring them in baby!! Let's see would you rather watch the following drivers race around the track(Ky.bush/vickers/truex/Joey Lagano/Hamlin/AJ/Brad.Keslowski/Steve Wallace/Scott Speed/Bowyer/David Reagan)
OR

whould you rather watch the old timers drive around the track like (Ky.Petty/J. nemocheck/Kenny Wallace/Mark Martin/Bill Elliot/Ken Schrader/ Both Labontee's/M. Walltrip)

I know who I'd rather see out there. NASCAR would love nothing more then to weed these strokers out and get some fresh blood in there!!

Totally agree.

However, He's so accustomed to winning everything, they just need to keep him there for some time so that he can learn to accept a top 10 because sometime it is good, depending on the car you have at a track on a given day.

This is just one person's opinion but I don't think a kid as young as Logano has any business being put in the pressure cooker Cup drivers are put in , and being awarded the obscene pay the Cup driver's make.

I want to see adults in the highest levels of motorsports, not adolescents. Sorry. But when it comes to competing at this level, children should be in the stands, not in the cars.

But that's just my personal opinion...

Nothing personal OrionBen, but that's exactly what's wrong with NASCAR today. Drivers who points race and settle for less than winning. Don't take that away from him or he'll be just like the rest, well...except for Kyle Busch, maybe. I think that kid races to win every time he puts his helmet on.

I must admit it was nice when they had him on Trackside and he said he didn't race to come in 2nd. Wish more drivers would feel that way, then we might get to see some good races.
