What happened during the race to bring your car behind pit wall to repair damage?
"We had a really good car. Obviously, we put it on the pole and led the first part of the race there. We made our green flag stop and were still in the lead. Then, we came in and took those four tires and it put us back there in the trash. You got lap cars that are way slower than you and they're all sideways. You put stickers on and you're obviously going to be looser. Somewhere within that mess - I'm not sure what happened behind me but I got tagged in the left rear and around I went. I got hit hard enough that I knew I wasn't going to save that thing. It was definitely a bummer. We had a great car - a car that could win the race and couldn't capitalize on it."

Is what happened tonight part of the overall learning process?
"Once you go out there and ride around, that's what you're doing, riding around. You get out of everybody's way. You don't want to get in the mess because you have nothing to gain. You don't feel like riding in the back with all the junk. What are you supposed to do? It pretty much was boring from there on out. You got no one to race and you're just making laps."

Nothing personal OrionBen, but that's exactly what's wrong with NASCAR today. Drivers who points race and settle for less than winning. Don't take that away from him or he'll be just like the rest, well...except for Kyle Busch, maybe. I think that kid races to win every time he puts his helmet on.

Nothing wrong with racing to win, that's the aim of being in a race.

I am speeking more of the frustration we'll get by not winning. I am no Jr. fan, but I know he races to win and he is frustrated after races he does not win, but sometimes he knows he can't win with a car and he'll do his best to get the most out of the car, and maybe if luck on his side will move up in the race with wreck. As opposed to Rowdy Busch, he gives a great show but it's a win or wreck fest with him. I am surprise he's still on top in the standing.

Finally, I also said that in the context that if he goes out and win 20% of the races, it is a great season, but that is also 4 times out of 5 that he does not win.
