| Tony Stewart & Mayhem at the 600 Tony you are the MASTER. Right before the restart, slow down to 55 mph, bunch everybody up like bananas, take off like a bullet, then watch everybody else wreck through your rear view mirror. Honorable Mentions: Harvicks wife wearing the hat. Class Act! DEJ speeding on pit road and then NASCAR reversing their decision to penalize him. To all the fans at Charlotte for not throwing beer cans at JJ Yaley after he bumped DEJ from behind causing him to wreck. Finally I just knew this was Tony Stewarts night to win the big one. My momma always told me what comes around goes around. Karma and all that.

Tony Stewart spun his wheels. And Dale Jr didn't get his speeding on pit road penalty reversed, it was his penalty for driving to fast by emergency equipment on the track. He was still penalized for his infractions on pit road, which was restarting at the tail-end of longest line (which was the lead lap). I didn't see the beer cans and Yaley, but if they did then they are nothing but embarrassments to NASCAR and to all the respectful Jr fans. |

| Re: Tony Stewart & Mayhem at the 600 no problem with the stewart re start.... it happens. The Jr. nation is a class act! I would like to see Jr. and kyle qualify right next to each other so during the pre race stuff they would have to ride in the back of the same pick up truck... What would the fans do cheer or boo? Would someone PLEASE tell Mrs. Harvick how stupid she looks wearing that drivers suit...Like a kid on holloween. What's up with that? |

I see this all the time at sporting events. The last Phillies game I was out, the two women in front of me clearly heard the request to stand and remove hats, since they stood. But the hats stayed on. Is it a vanity thing or what??? I just don't get it. Delana is far from the only women I've seen not take off her hat. And men do it too, just not as much. Laziness or vanity, I guess. Take your pic. It sickens me to see it. And on Memorial day even. OK, one day early, but you know what I mean. She has to know by now how disrespectful it is. |

| Re: Tony Stewart & Mayhem at the 600 You gotta feel for Tony, (check NO interview post race) that reminded me of Joe Nemecheck a couple of years back. I don't get the Mrs. Harvick safety suit thing??, protection from what?...internal combustion, or a giant pit fireball. If the latter, than may I suggest also wearing a fire protecting mask and goggles. |

My TV must be broken, cause I saw JR wreck, then JJ hit him, I better get that fixed before Dover. |

I just think she out and out CRAZY!! |

| Re: Tony Stewart & Mayhem at the 600 She is on top of the pit box and close to the pits. It may seem unusual but it is possible for something to go wrong. Pit boxes have been set on fire by the car peelin out of the box and iginitin the fuel (which did happen to in the race yesterday). Yes Childress isn't wearin a suit, but the man is also old school and doesn't do things like that. He feels safe. Harvick just thinks it's safer for his wife to wear one, and to be honest, if my wife was down there in the pit area she would be wearin a suit for safety and to ease my mind. Nothin wrong with a husband wantin to keep his wife safe.

Quote from the article: "If it's a formal hat, even during the National Anthem, a woman would not remove her hat," As for delana, I tought she was wearing the suit to support Kevin and be one of the gang, instead of the token wife |

That article you have clearly is not speaking of baseball caps. |

| Re: Tony Stewart & Mayhem at the 600 Quote:
Fair enough, but what if the woman and man are both wearing baseball caps? Does it make sense that only the man takes off his headgear during the National Anthem? Probably not, Miss Manners suggests. Without the traditional ladies' hat, she wrote, "you cannot claim the ladies' exemption." |
