| Re: Keslowski/DEJ Connection At Bristol back in March, I watched kyle B. bock and race Tony "hard" when he was a lap down. Keeping in mind that Tony was leading the race, kyle's excuse was that he was trying to keep from falling another lap down. Again it shows that what works for him doesn't apply to others, even his team mates. All this seems to be a developing trend with Gibbs drivers. Giving due where due is deserved, Tony has pretty much been a model citizen this year compared to his teammate bad boys. Someone said on TV this week, that this concept of racing "nice", can be credited to Mark Martin. My suggestion is that is exactly why Mark has a lot of 2nds and 000 championships. No need to be a jerk like kb or dh, but exerting yourself and fighting for that position every lap might have helped Mark put that trophy on his mantle. |

At the present time, third, and that may have something to do with the silence, the interest in moving somewhere where he might be an immediate #1, and the "I wanna be an owner" thing. OK no more on Stewart in this thread from me. We'll close with - There seems to be a tight commection between Keselowski and E Jr. |

| Re: Keslowski/DEJ Connection I'd say most points have pretty well been covered here, but I would like to add one thing. hamlin was being raced hard for 2nd place, and complained about Keslowski pushing him too hard. Aren't you supposed to race hard for position in the closing laps of a race? I would love to see the likes of Kyle busch or Hamlin racing against the old school guys from the 50's, 60's, or 70's. I bet neither of them would have many teeth left. |
