Jeff Gordon will win a race (maybe several) this year. The pressure is on, and he knows it. |

The problem, as I see it, is that Hendrick didn't focus on the cookie-cutter tracks last year when they were working on the new car. They're behind the power curve. I think that this year is a case of Tony Eury Jr. having more knowledge about how the new car relates to the cookie-cutter tracks than the rest of Hendrick. When the #'s 5,24 and 48 catch up, you can walk tall, with a song in your heart and love in your soul.

| Re: Can Jeff Win anymore? I agree with Biscuit and Bob. Jeff Gordon is not washed up. He will win some races and win them soon. Big boss, Rick Hendrick, will push this team to the front very soon. Hendrick has got his reputation to protect. |

| Re: Can Jeff Win anymore? I'm a Gordo fan (shut it Q), he is no where near washed up, he hasn't won a race yet, he'll win at least two, maybe more races this year. Junior hasn't won this year, he is he washed up? What about Greg Biffle, Tony Stewart, Matt Kenseth, non have won, are they washed up? No. Jeff will be fine.

| Re: Can Jeff Win anymore? That wasn't an original thought, my friend. I was "right on the money" because I've heard it from prople much more knowledgeable than myself. I've heard numerous people say the same thing on SIRIUS interviews. Last edited by simple simon : 05-23-2008 at 07:52 PM. |
