Watched the All Star tonight and found it interesting but not especially thrilling. If it wasn't for all the hype I, personally, think the thing would have been kind of "Ho-Hum."

Suggestion for a thrilling All-Star Race: Keep the format and rules basically the same EXCEPT run it with the vehicles and drivers of the CTS! Can any of you imagine what THOSE guys would do if they raced for a $1 million purse?

Here's a thought... winner gets an automatic bid into the Chase!
It'd be just like baseball, where the winner earns his league home-field advantage to the World Series. Whattaya think?

It was probably the most boring all star race I have ever seen. Making it even worse were the seemingly endless barrage of commercials, and the mindless yammering of the 3 stooges in the broadcast booth.

Still trying to recover from DW's revelation that if the driver looses the car , the rear wing can make the car go straight again. Boogity boogity, boogity, let's say something stupid boys!

Just add them as a 13th car. The Top 12 and the All-Star winner make the race.
Of course, if the All-Star winner's actually in the Top 12, well, you still just have 12 cars I would imagine.

The all star race is pointless, both figuratively and literarily. Its just another race to watch but its nice for the winner to get the million. Hey Lefty, if there is going to be a win in one race to get you into the chase why not make it the Daytona 500?

I mean, Daytona's already the "Super Bowl" of NASCAR... so why not reward the winner, big time?
