It wasn't even his fault, his car got loose and Jr. was comin' down on him.

Hey Dude - The person behind the wheel is responsible for controlling the car.

Replays show Kyle had a lane. But, his car became a little loose and he turned to the right to correct, and drove into Dale Jr's left rear quarter panel, causing the 88 to spin out.

I hope some one will retaliate on that little punk. If he was such a great driver as the commentators keep saying, that would not have happened. I would be willing to bet that if the positions were swapped, Jr wouldn't have taken him out. I would love to see Jr, get some retribution and not always be so nice and PC though.

I pose this question....

How many times did Dale Earnhardt bump someone out of the way for a position?

Off the top of my head, without giving it any thought I can think of Rusty, Terry Labonte, Ernie Irvan and Sterling Marlin.

Sr. never comitted the cardinal sin, spinning Junior!

Having been all of 9 years old at the time of Sr.'s death and not much of a NASCAR fan then, I haven't exactly watched him race, but I would guess one doesn't get named the "Intimidator" without spinning a few guys out for position.

Yep you could say he spun a "few" out. And it didn't even have to be for the win either.

Yet you don't hear too many people runnin' around saying Earnhardt can't drive...

Wonder why that is?

Bob is right, not near as many times as some people think. As a matter of fact, Dale was bumped and shoved and wrecked just as much as anyone else. And why ask that anyway? Two wrongs make it right?

Thats true. And if tonight had happened to any other driver besides Jr, nobody would still be talking about it.

I'm not trying to start any arguments or anything, just pointing out that there have been a lot of drivers who've been just as agressive as Busch and haven't recieved half as much of the hate.

And I've only seen Dale Earnhardt drive maybe twice and I was pretty young at the time so I wouldn't really know his style, I'm just going off of what I've heard.

Probably because he's not alive anymore. Sorry, but this incident has nothing to do with a guy who's been gone for 7 years. Jr. came down on Busch, Busch got lose and got into Jr. It's what happens on a race track. Busch's remarks after the fact make me want to hurl. Losing control of his car is going to happen now and then, just like any other driver. But he can certainly control his mouth and his snotty attitude. He makes the choice to be a controvercial train wreck every time his lips move. That's my issue with this incident and just about every other he's been involved in. It's never Kyle Busch's fault, even when he's apologizing! The sad fact is that this really was not his fault, it was just racing, but he's gotta open his mouth and make sure everybody forgets that because they're too busy being mad at his attitude. He needs to shut up.

I disagree. It wouldn't matter who Kyle wrecked, people would still be talking about it, because it involved Kyle Busch. Especially after what he said after the Nationwide race last night..."I don't care! I'll wreck as many cars as I need to." I'm not saying he intentionally wrecked him, because I know he didn't. But after what he said last night, it doesn't look good. I'm afraid his mouth is writing checks his butt can't cash.
