I saw the video as well. I put the whole incident into the category of "that's racin". Wild things happen in a race like Richmond, especially on a green, white, checker finish.

Most short tracks have a nice little rule to control incidents like the Wallace / Busch incident. The rule for drivers is, "If you are found in someone else's pit after the race, you will be disqualified." This keeps drivers from one another after the race. NASCAR should look to some of their sanctioned tracks for control measures like this.
