What a day for the elder statesmen of Nascar. It was a youthful Frontrow Joe (44) who stole the pole.
Ken Schrader (52) qualified 3rd
Sterling Marlin (50) qualified 16th and he hasnt raced this year (points race)

..I must also mention Morgan Shepherd (66) for his outstanding 13th place result in the aarons312 today. Maybe it was because of the accident ....I dont know I didnt see it but Morgan also got 5 pts for leading a lap

yeah, but the day went to the youngsters: all of the top 10 are under 35, 7 are under 30 and the winner is just 22.

but I still like seeing the seniors get some recognition
