Speedway Motorsports Inc. and International Speedway Corp., the two largest auto-racetrack operators, are suing each other over the rights to broadcast New Hampshire Motor Speedway races on the radio. Speedway Motorsports claims a contract between its track in Loudon, New Hampshire, and International Speedway's Motor Racing Network isn't enforceable, according to its New Hampshire state court complaint dated March 27.
