Vincesanity 82 bahrain is in the United Arab Emirates in the middle east, if you read the peice you quoted it tells you in that.

Chris Lencheski is listed as car owner of Cup Car #150. I believe they tried to make the field at Daytona but failed. That's been the only attempt this year. He's listed as last in Owner points. Racing-Reference.info shows him as brand new owner.

He may know a lot about marketing, but he's got ZERO experience as a NASCAR team owner!
