| "Froggy" the Announcer Note to DW: Stay with the laryngitis gig, DW. It fits you well and gives us fans a reprieve from your inane bantering. Even with Hammond trying to sound as self-serving and imbecilic as you, it was a nice change. |

| Re: "Froggy" the Announcer If it wern't for Mountain Dew presenting him with his restored Bristol car, the FOX producer should have used the hook to remove him from the Hollywood Hotel set or have gotten one of the several highly qualified stand-ins available at the track. |

| Re: "Froggy" the Announcer Do not diss the wall DW rules, you need that little bit of excitement at the start to get the blood flowing without it just wouldn't be NASCAR and this is one fan who dosen't like the fact that come july espn take over for the remainder of the season. "BOOGITY, BOOGITY BOOGITY LET'S GO RACING BOYS!" |

That was a cool moment. I liked DW the driver. DW the announcer has become very overdone. I'm with you on Jr's retro car too! Very nice! |

| Re: "Froggy" the Announcer I think the NBC guys did a better job than Fox. BP and Dallenbach were more of a straight call duo, as opposed to the Hollywood that Fox does. I think DJ has done well at NW series, and I look forward to his work this year. |

| Re: "Froggy" the Announcer Mike Joy is the absolute best in the booth in the announcer category. The best co-announcer he ever had was the late Larry Nuber. The absolute worst announcer is, hands down, Bill Weber. As far as commentators go, the best was either Ned Jarrett or Benny Parsons. Benny's brother, Phil, does a very passable job. The worst commentators are DW and Larry McReynolds. DW for his shameless self-promotion; Larry Mac, not for the info his puts out (the guy is admittedly a mechanical guru) but for his delivery. His butchering of every grammar rule ever made drives me nuts. Of course, that's all personal opinion.
