 Re: Birth photos of Dovers Miles the Monster composite I've been watching the live feed every chance I get. Anybody else checking it out?!? They have the rocks in place!!!!  At least "most" of them. I hope I get to see when they place the car in his hand!! Man, I can't wait to see Miles the Monster again!! All these guys are kicking some Monster butt!!Great job everybody!!!! I wish!!!!  I'll be at work, checking in with the live feed camera, if it is still turned on. It has been totally awesome to watch them in Dover reassembling Miles the Monster!! Much thanks to Joe at the track and DelDot!! In Lancaster county born and raised By a company named ACI composites As I watched them build, I was truly amazed At the massive monster that will reside outside of Dovers pits Formed from many piles Of rods, wire, foam and fiberglass Sculpted into a monster named Miles With style and a touch of class Wearing a nasty snarl and menacing red eyes This concrete man Appears to reach to the skies With car in hand Sitting in his own victory lane Atop a 7 1/2 foot pedestal We'll never hear him complain Because he is just entirely to cool!!!! I missed seeing it the day they did a trial fitting in Lancaster... got there just a little to late!! It's amazing to see just how small the car looks in comparison to Miles. It really gives it more perspective...Totally awesome!! Pss.... cheer up doll... I know how it feels after you give birth... the letdown can be depressing ...there will be other projects |
