First races were sprints, etc. with my Grandfather, but the first NASCAR race was either '94-'95, at Dover on the front stretch, near the finish line, they took thegreen flag, there was a HUGE pile up out of turn 2, when all the smoke cleared, and the rollbacks and wreckers were bringing the wrecked cars, to my dismay there's my 28 Texaco car on the back of a rollback!! Half the field was wiped out, so course it was the "DaPunk" kid, Gordon who won ! Oh by the way, "DaPunk" is my creation, I have a one of a kind painter's hat, which I proudly made and wear to the track, although it is a bit beat up!! I will have to make another one soon.

My first cup race was the June Michigan race in 1999. Dale Jarrett won that race. It was caution free, and the boo birds were out everytime Jeff Gordon was mentioned

The first race I went to was Bristol in '03 (Kurt Busch won that one )! The last race I went to was Richmond in 04 (Jr. won that race). I'm thinking about getting tickets to this year's father's day race in Michigan for my dad for father's day!

What a GREAT present to get for your dad for Father's Day, I'm sure he will be thrilled to receive tickets to the race!! Hope you can still get some tickets.

It's not sold out yet, and I need to talk to my step mom again about it. She was gonna try and see if someone will watch the little one. I'm hoping! I think it would be a nice little mini-vacation. And it's only about a 4 1/2 hour drive.

Well come to find out, my dad is going to be busy that weekend. So now we're gonna try to go to the Chicago race! So far they don't have anything planned then.
