I need help from people who have used the store before, you see the problem is I placed a large order and it seemed to go through but its been more than 24 hours and I still have not received a confirmation email to say the order is being processed.

Also nothing has appeared in the "track your order" section of the site, I have tried emailing the store but they just bounced automated email back telling me stuff I already knew.

Any help is appreciated.

How long should I leave it before trying to re-order again.

Try "customer service" or "a toll free number" is there is such a thing.

Cheers west coast, there is a contact number but a call from here in scotland to the states costs a bomb so that option is out.
