You never saw it next to your name before because you always made your predictions before qualifying. Last year when the "rules" of the game were changed around a little bit to include that predictions must be made before qualifying, that was the easiest solution to denote the picks made post qualifying.
If you look at the bottom of the list of picks you will see the * followed by the words Post qualifying!!
