I absolutely reveled in the comment by a significant Toyo rep that, in the face of the recent whining by Dougie Yates (Dougie pleads: Oh please NASCAR, give me a favorable gear change ruling - made me wanna puke), stated accurately - we struggled last year, but we asked no quarter.

If nothing else Toyo teams (In the upcoming Daytona events) - BURY DOUGIE. He is already dead anyway, mights well make it more clear.
It's nice to know someone besides me believes that Doug Yates should be confined for impersonating a leader.

Stewart
Gordon
Mears
Vickers
Labonte!

I know, I'm going out on a limb, but I think there will be some surprises thrown in!

Even though the Nascar off season isn't that long, it sure seems like a long time.

And, regarding Texas Terry, isn't he completely retired now?
i believe he is being asked by numerous racing teams to take over for them at watkins glen and the infinion.

I am ready for a new championship. Let's go Hendrick Motorsports. Let's bring home another championship.

Sorry Dustin. I had a momentary brain-fart. (a.k.a. "Senior Citizen Moment") I know there are a few of us who realize that Doug Yates is no Robert.

How 'bout...let's go Junior. Let's bring home your 1st championship. We'll try to overlook you're driving for the Dark Side now.

That's a tough one to do.... can anyone give me pointers on how to do this.... I haven't been able to since Labonte left the dark side

Indeed it is. It's really gonna be a strange moment, the first time Junior goes into Victory Circle with Rick Hendrick. The main thing though is seeing Jr winning again. That might overshadow who he's driving for.

Re: 2008 Budweiser Shootout

My guess for a winner?

Dale Jr. or Jeff Gordon.

I guess that's more than "a" guess, isn't it.

That's like two guesses.

But it is the same team.

Welcome to our little home smokestab.
Just curious...why don't you think he'll do very good with his new team?
