my point was Willie isn't who the permission needs to come from...

but, I believe the name is already public property since there's several bands, your mom's whiskey bottles and other things named Whiskey River (just google it if ya don't think so...)

a lot of wimmin swore off him when they saw his skinny backside in Texas flag running shorts and a tank top with his pig tail flying at one of the local running events 10-15 years ago... might say "the glitz was gone."
