Darlington Race

Anyone have any predictions for the Dalington race next week???

I really think that Jeff Burton might have a good chance at winning it.

I'm going with Kasey Kahne to win and Biffle for second. Those guys have both ran up front at nearly every race, only to have problems, especially Biffle. Besides, I'm a Kahne fan and he has looked super all year. If he didn't blow a engine at Bristol, and have that plug wire fall off at Richmond, he would still be leading in points.

I see you posted your favorites in your signature. With 3829 as your handle, I assumed you were a Sadler/Harvick fan.

Re: Darlington Race Discussion

Hey 3829, not to coopt your thread but we do a race prediction contest every week. Winner gets huge amounts fo cash and fabulous prizes!

Well, maybe no cash but the prize could be fabulous depending upon your perspective

Pop over to the race prediction contest thread to get your picks logged into the contest.

Let's continue this thread with general discussions on the Dodge Charger 500 in Darlington.

Not a problem, glad you're here to join in the nascar chat

So why do you think Jeff Burton may win the Darlington race?

Re: Darlington Race

Hi WVGrandma4Kasey, welcome to GoTeamsGo.

Denny sure looked good last week, as did Biffle. Make sure you post your predictions for #1 & #2 over in this thread. We have a race prediction contest every week and the winner gets an all expense paid trip for 2 to tropical.... o, wait, that's next year when we give that away, whoops.

For now, the winner gets bragging rights and a cool new user title here in the community.

Love to hear why you think Kasey's got a good chance at a win in the Darlington race.

Ross

Re: Darlington Race

#1 Kasey
# 2 Biffel
You have to go back to Kasey's 2004 stat's. Last year was a learning experiance. Kasey has taken heed from a master, Mark Martin, I'm not a Martin fan but he dose know how to stay in front. Kasey has far more skill then Martin. He has leaned over the pass year to drive his car, and be patience. I know it's hard to keep track on TV, but if you watch carefully you will see what I'm saying. I have only been to one race in 2004 at Alanata. The only reason he lost that one was his restarts. And I predicted he would win that one this year.

Re: Darlington Race

80 laps to go.

Lots of guys have made big moves from the beginning. Safe bet that we're going to see an exciting finish!
