Three Drivers To Share No. 33 Ride

Kevin Harvick Inc. co-owner and driver Kevin Harvick will return to the driver's seat of the No. 33 KHI Chevrolet in the Nationwide Series in 2008. Harvick, a two-time Busch Series champion, will pilot the No. 33 Chevrolet for 22 of the 35 races throughout the season. Joining Harvick behind the wheel will be Cale Gale for 11 races and defending Truck Series champion Ron Hornaday for two races. ...More

Why isn't Hornaday on a full schedule next year, any ideas?

just a guess, but maybe because he's still full time in CTS?

D'oh!!! Brain fart!!! I was for some reason overlaying what you said with the truck series... not the busch.

This is what happens when I hear too much flipping Christmas music... it rots my brain.

And watch as Harvick still places top 10 in the driver standings, even while missing like... 14 races...

Not if they make the rule change preventing Cup raiders who are in the top 35 in the cup series from gaining points in the lower series.

I thought that they weren't even considering that until 09.

I doubt that the Corperate Sponsors will let it happen though, they're getting a great deal with the Busch/Nationwide Series. They get Cup Drivers without having to pay Cup prices, and we all know that for NASCAR, competition comes second.
