| Re: A Simple Request... It's been a while since I updated everyone .. sorry. Life Happens... Wayne called about 11 this morning. We talked for about 20 mins. Several have been asking for his address (including me), so I got it: Wayne Lorentzen William Booth Center 811 Maynard Ave, S Seattle, WA 98134 He said he walked 2 miles yesterday and it really tired him out after being in a wheelchair for so many weeks. Said he was gonna get a haircut today - we chuckled about all his "free time". We talked about racing the rest of the time, mostly mine and his. His mood is good and he seems focused. The pain is down, but not gone: surgery is working and will improve over time! He's making good use of the Bible (aka, The Torch). Hasn't missed a Sunday (that I know of) since he was able to go after his surgery. He plans to return to school in the fall and finish up his studies in Radiology and then he wants to focus on helping children with his new skills and thru his racing. He always remembers to remind me to thank everyone for their prayers and well wishes. Keep it up, he's on the mend, but not healed .. yet.
