Correct me if I'm wrong Lowe's in Charlotte right? Well as someone in this forum pointed out that the owner is pulling the races from there and moving them to the track he is having build in New York

That was a rumor that was posted here but "I" see that a very unlikely. The same owner of Lowe's in Charlotte bought the track in N.H. and there is rumor he may move one of those two races to Texas but not next year. When asked he avoided answering the question as if it were poison.
