This is my vote ...

Since some can watch at 9:00 on Classic, and some at midnight on ESPN2, I vote for no Live Chat at all.

HOWEVER, I vote for a thread entitled, "2007 NEXTEL Cup Awards Banquet Observations", eloquently written by RD!

what a weasel way to get out of watching a crummy awards show: have the Duck watch and write about it!

in a word: NO! I do observations of things I'm interested in, like races, not awards banquets!!!

I'd rather moderate a 24 hour chat than have to sit thru that boring mess taking notes. (besides, as I said earlier, I've got my next netflix DVD showing up Friday - I plan on watching it.)

now, why can't there be a live chat during both broadcasts? It doesn't have to be the same people but I'm sure there's a few folks who'll hang out for both.

but, admit it, you were pushing for another literary masterpiece from me weren't you?

and I do appreciate the allocades. but as I said, I think awards banquets and awards shows are more boring that watching paint dry. so, respectfully, I pass. but I'd be happy to join the chat and do whatever folks do during a chat (having never participated in one, I have no idea what really goes on....I can only imagine!)

I don't remember anyone recently who can pack so much information, emotion and thought into so few words. rather than verboseness a-la Duck, you are a svelte corvette tripping lightly thru a quagmire of 18 wheelers & 4X4s! all we did was rescue you from the quiet (and dark) confines under that dusty car cover in the back of the garage.

the world is yours now. go for it!

the quick turn of a phrase, then instantly, as if some unseen force is propelling you forward, you rocket past would be contenders and nail it!!! every time!!! that's our Penny. Hurrah!!! Hurrah!!! Hurrah!!!
