I find that everytime JJ wins all I read here is cheater.Give it a break,will ya?Some form of cheating has gone on at every cup race since the first one ran and by more than one in the field.What is it,only the first three or five or top finishing makes get pulled post race.How many others not pulled are cheating?Hell it's been 16 teams just in 2007 cheating.Some call it an edge not cheating.Seems HMS may be better at getting that edge than all others.So what catchup others.

If we couldn't express them what good would a forum like this be ??? Just because 16 teams have done it certainly doesn't make it OK. If that were the case then speed limits on interstates woulds be 85 MPH's because more and more drivers would do it. My view is that as a society we do not care if the loser cheats, it when someone cheats and wins. Chad Knaus has been caught a few times to many without any serious punishment. Latarte has done it, Rick Hendricks has cheated. Does HMS as an organization condone this type of behavior ??

We need to vent. Simple as that.

I'll NEVER give it a break as long as they are allowed to blatantly cheat, still compete and win the Daytona 500, then go on and win the Cup. This year they are found cheating again with the CoT, and one of them will still win the Cup. I havent done the research, but I'm sure Cheatin Chad is at the top of the list of current cc's busted for "knausing".

Like LSC says, this is a discussion forum where people voice their opinions. If you dont like it, debate it or move on, but starting a thread about it is........well, weak.

Ok, now that you boys are done, , I'll be the first to let my flyin' fingers get me in trouble on this subject. In a word, yes, it get's old. The focus is on HMS because they are winning. If Kenseth and Biffle were in the spot JJ and JG are, we would all be reminded of the little run in with NASCAR Roush had earlier this year. The fact that Rick Hendrick has had his own problems with the law only puts a bigger target on his back. Whether many, or any, will admit to it, I believe jealousy is a major factor in the constant reminders of their less than honest behavior. People who hate HMS hate that they're winning and find it necessary to take the attention off their success by pointing out their shortcomings. This is a part of human nature I'm not too thrilled with, but it happens all the time in life. How's that for Psychology 101!

My personal opinion is that cheater's suck. I am also of the opinion that every single race team in every division does it. That doesn't make me happy, I just believe it to be so. Some of you aren't going to like this statement at all, but Chad Knaus is very, very smart. He's intelligent. JJ is running so well because Knaus (or Knause, can't remember), uses that intelligence to push the envelope to the extreme, and sometimes beyond - thus, cheating. If I were a driver in a "run what ya brung" kind of race, I would want Knaus building my car. Now, having said all that, I don't like the guy. He is well aware of what he is doing, I'm sure. But let's face it, as in any sport, the participant's are going to keep pushing until the official's decide it's enough. If NASCAR steps up and kicks him out for good the next time, the envelope stays in one piece until the next one comes along.

I think the reason you hear so much about HMS doing it is because they get caught more often. How many times has DEI been caught this year? How many times has Rousch been caught this year? How many times has HMS been caught this year? I think it's wrong to cheat, but I do feel like they all do it at one time or another. But when 1 crew chief gets caught over and over and over, thats the one that'll get talked about the most.

Nevada don't forget that Hall of Fame Racing was slammed last year at the 500 and lost points for a mistake, and they didn't take points from Jimmie or Hendrick for Blatant cheating. To me it's more of they get away with it more, or don't get as severe a punishment. The COT deal... well, NA$CAR sgot themselves in the foot by sayin no tolerance and when the 24 and 48 got caught, they had to do somethin to them.

The thread I actually don't mind... gets discussion goin.

Are there accusations of JJ cheating yesterday? I didn't see anything ... not here anyway.
