Here's a question..... these portable dispensers.... are they used after the tank runs out or what. From what I understand the pit crews go to the tanks to refill the gas cans throughout the race. So how would bein first in line come into play? Does anybody follow me?

I asked about this. Apparently during a Cup race there is a crowd to get their cans fills so they fill temporary dispensers during green flag runs and then use these to speed things up.
