By the way glad I can make you laugh! Thats my job! LOL! Finally got my Tony Stewart leather jacket I ordered and my new tire cover says Nascar Racing! Both look cool!

I asked about this. Apparently during a Cup race there is a crowd to get their cans fills so they fill temporary dispensers during green flag runs and then use these to speed things up.
