Lets look at her record in her own league. If her name was Daniel Patrick and a male, would you be so excited about having that person coming to NASCAR ??? Her finish in '07 was 7th. That is good but hardly great. In '05 she was 12th in the standings. In '06 she was 9th. Better than average but how many other 7th place drivers from Indy have made the jump to NASCAR.

I still say that if she were not a 25 year old female, you'd never hear about her.

like i said earlier .... JPM is an Indy champion and he had his struggles this season .. he may be lucky to finish 20th this year (which i think is respectable for a rookie) ..... Danica doesnt have near the skills he does .. she wouldnt stand a chance

True, but didn't Stewart came from IRL ?!
And a lot of others, like say ... Jeff Gordon, come from open wheel series.
In fact you could say that they (the open wheeler brigade) took over NASCAR.

I also wonder if JPM would have done better in an HMS "Chevy" instead of a Ganassi "Dodge".

"Next time...?" When was the first? I have never called Moody or Cernan. I have talked to David a few times, but only once on the air.

I much prefer to listen to the commentators, not the callers.
