| Aikman, Staubach give up control of NASCAR team Troy Aikman and Roger Staubach are no longer majority owners in Hall of Fame Racing. A group headed by Arizona Diamondbacks chief executive officer Jeff Moorad and chief operating officer Tom Garfinkel purchased controlling interest in the team. The official announcement was made Sunday afternoon before the NASCAR Nextel Cup race at California Speedway. Bill Saunders, managing partner of Hall of Fame Racing, said the team will maintain its relationship with Joe Gibbs Racing next season, even if Gibbs changes manufacturers from Chevrolet to Toyota as expected. Hall of Fame Racing is in the second year of a three-year agreement to receive engines, chassis and research and development help from Gibbs. -- Dallas Morning News Aikman, Staubach give up control of NASCAR team | Dallas Morning News | News for Dallas, Texas | SportsDay: Motor Sports |

| Re: Aikman, Staubach give up control of NASCAR team I didn't know those bumper cars at the amusement park were 'yota's! Sometimes I think that's what Raines should be driving - bumper cars of any make or model would suit him fine. Can you tell I don't think too highly of his driving ability, or lack there of ?
