Thanks for the post. It was a very interesting read.

I never had the chance to see the track, and about the only thing I knew about it was that it was a duplicate, in track dimensions, as The Brickyard. I never knew about the opulence of the place.

I guess Indy-style tracks work only once, at Indy. If you'll remember, Homestead started out life as a scaled-down version of The Brickyard, but because racing was so "blah", they reconfigured it after only...? two seasons?

You are welcome. I remember listening on the radio when they raced at Onterrio. Never made it there myself.
