Sharpie, Earnhardt Jr. honoring Boys & Girls Club

Sharpie officials say Dale Earnhardt Jr. will help the company present members of the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol, Va., with $10,000 in backpacks full of school supplies and a check for the club. The presentation will take place Friday in victory lane at Bristol Motor Speedway.

"Bristol is a unique and special place, and to be a part of something like this - especially during the Sharpie 500 weekend - is an honor," Earnhardt Jr. said in a news release. "The kids are the winners here."
