I agree whole heartedly! That show made no sense to me at all. As 'They' like to say; "It had no redeeming social value whatsoever." For once, I agree with 'Them'.

(I think the real bikers I know would laugh at those two, but anyway). And just think, they're gonna follow those 3 drivers again next week.
Ho hum!
I think next week is Johnson and Stewart, but I don't know for sure. I'll probably watch ... though I don't know why.

I absolutely agree!

As a fan, I should have known that the hype would far exceed the program. I think I'll stick with Speed Vision!

Even today, I am still shaking my head asking, "What was the point? I'm not a moron. I know the sport. But I just didn't get it."

"Cows"?
Oh yeah, racecars are the important things in life. At least you know where he is. And the local race track up here is in the middle of farm country. Dairy farms and such. The "cows" are grain fed here. They say that they provide shade in the summer and heat in the winter.

Do you know that if you hang up a bingo sign you can fit 100 cows in a barn?

Always. No fun living on the safe side of things. You know how it is with airdales. If your not pushing the envelope, your not living. Push it on everything. Racecars, women, (and used to be) booze.

Re: NASCAR in Primetime

Were those naughty words I heard on this show?!

How many fans did they audition before finding the dumbest ones to put on the show?

Will somebody please put Mark Martin on some antidepressants!

What did Mark Martin say? "25 years of racing and nothing to show for it" Something along that line anyway. Could be worse, you could have my job.

Was that Mark Martin's two jet garage with high tech weight room he was working out in?

I kept thinking "Less JPM, more JPM's wife!"

Nascar Prime time or Talladega Nights?

Both slam Southerners, but at least Talladega Nights has some funny scenes. Besides TN does a good job spoofing Tom Cruise.

Ever since I was on Enterprise when the film Top Gun was shot, I have disliked Tom Cruise. He is an arrogant, egotistical jerk. If you were enlisted he would not stop to say Hi, smile at you, or even give a nod that you were aknowleged passing him in the passageway. When Days of Thunder came out my crew chief and I went to the theater just to pick it apart. We were at Phoenix when some of the filming took place. What a joke. Never has a good film been made that shows racing as it is with out a mess of B.S.

My dad was a plank owner. Then Command Master Chief. I was fortunate to have my airwing on board his last couple years in. Sometimes he was a regular chief to me tho. Special boat for me

Re: NASCAR in Primetime

Second episode on tonight. Anyone going to watch? I will ... I'll probably be disappointed again. Why do I torture myself? Why? Why? Why?
