Typically, I'm the first in line to bash Gordo. Not this time. Sure, I'm glad he lost it and Tony won, but like others have posted, he didn't blame anyone or anything but himself.

He was obviously furious with himself as the media chased him after the race. I thought for sure he would whine about something. He didn't. He screwed up. He knows it. He admitted it. Maybe he should have a little chat with Montoya.

Late race caution? That scares me. The conspiracy theorists would have had a field day with that one.

I bash when it's warranted, but in this case, it's not. But I still hate him!

Thats what she told me....lol. We have 4 people here and none us like the same driver, so race day is great around here.But I have to take my jabs at her as I can, cause she really gets to jab me a good bit lately, Jr is my driver.

It wouldn't be any fun if everyone liked the same driver. My problem when I go to Bristol and Charlotte I go with 3 Jr fans. Think maybe it will get better next year with the Gordon and Jr thing?

Plain and simple here folks. HE LOST IT. We all have done it one time or another. I did it at my local track here because we have to race in the rain at times. Washington, remember? Land of rain. Last lap with the lead. Thats racing. We can blame water, rocks or just plain ole brain fade. At least this time no one was around him to blame it on. I laughed my rear quarter off when I saw it. To bad, so sad.

I would have responded sooner but long hours at the salt mill prevented me from doing that.

I have to be more careful writting these things. So just to clear up any misconceptions.

When I saw Jeff Gordon slide out, I was thinking if he had gravel stuck on his tires it might have destabilized them enough to cause him to loose control.

Just my opinion of what might have happened at the time that I was watching the race.

Sorry I misunderstood. Over look anything I put on here yesterday. I started painting at 6:30 yesterday morning, and the fumes were brutal, no window to open for circulation.

Sounds like a party i attended once.... inside of the house smelled like a brewery cause the fumes couldn't escape... I was in heaven

Yes interior, with oil based paint no less. I still feel awful and still have to finish this room and do another one.
