Roush Racing announced several changes today. Crew chief Jimmy Fennig will oversee Roush Racing's Busch program and will be the crew chief for Matt Kenseth's No. 17 Ameriquest/Pennzoil car.

Bob Osborne will be the crew chief for Jamie McMurry's No. 26 Irwin Industrial & Crown Royal car. Osborne was crew chief of the No. 99 Office Depot Ford in 2004.

Wally Brown will take over as crew chief of the No. 99 Office Depot Ford Fusion driven by Carl Edwards.

My first thought is that it might hurt the #99, I think Bob Osborne helped Carl a lot. Guess we'll have to wait and see. But I think it will definitely help McMurray, which is a good thing. Where's McMurray in points? Have to check. I would like to see McMurray run well, he seems like a nice guy, with no attitude like a lot of other drivers.
Edit: McMurray's 21st in points. Be nice if he could get into the top 15.

Seems like they are messing with a good thing as far as the Edwards camp goes but who can argue with the success that Jack Rousch is having. hopefully "Father knows best".

Seems a little like they hit the panic button prematurely. Carl was running strong at TX then lost it. Maybe there are some internal personality issues factoring in.

If it work's well ,Jack did it again he's a God. But if it don't then you got a bigger mess than DEI had. I think if your going to make changes like that do it early. Don't get me wrong I think McMurray need's the help or a change or something. I think he's 21st in point's with Edwards and Biffle right behind him. Just have to see in the next couple of races Phoenix and Talledaga if it's a good thing or bad thing.
